I’m not satisfied

First of all I didn’t get my order, they said there’s a problem on there side that’s why it was a month delayed, and the item it was send back to the seller, which is in Australia, now they want me to pay another cost $15 AUD for the second try to be ship to my address, I rather to refund my money instead to pay another cost, i paid them $78 but they just refunding $55, i will wait for 10days if i will receive my refund or not? Hopefully will send the money back to my account, otherwise i got scam!!! that’s so annoying. I will not recommend this kind of service for the customer!!!

Your parcel was returned to sender due to an incorrect address enterred at checkout, as the courier was not able to verify this one with you they then sent it back to us.
