Quality decline

Had my last pair for almost 2 years. I wear them everywhere, to work as a boiler maker, on the dirt bike (been to cape york and the simpson with me), camping, fishing, everywhere i go they are on my head and after almost 2 years they started to develop some small scratches (from the fabrication table at work) I ordered a replacement pair, price went up $30 from the first pair but thats expected with inflation the thing im not impressed by is the lense quality. Havent worn them to work yet, haven't even dropped them and somehow by putting them in their included sunglass bag, it has scratched the lenses. Quality is just not the same. If prices increase i expect quality to increase or, at least, stay the same, not decline

1. No changes to the product
INTENT SAFETY hasn’t been changed or downgraded at any point. Same materials, same lenses, same build — nothing in the design or quality control process has been altered since your first pair.

2. Pricing
We checked your orders to make sure nothing was off. Your first pair was $84, and INTENT SAFETY Black currently retails at $86.

You grabbed the bundle on your latest order, so you actually only paid $68 — meaning you paid less, not more, this time around.

3. Scratching
These lenses shouldn’t scratch just from going in the microfibre bag, unless you have left the lenses dirty, so we definitely want to take a closer look. If you can send photos through to our team, we’ll sort it out and make sure you’re looked after.
